How fast do you answer?

Within one business day, usually faster. Support is handled by the people who build REPM, not a call center.

Where do I report a problem in the Lite trial?

Email support@woods.consulting or open a ticket in the support portal. Include the screen you were on and what you expected to happen.

Can you help me migrate data from my current tool?

REPM Lite has a built-in import for CSV and Excel data, including exports from German landlord software. On Pro and Enterprise we assist with the migration as part of onboarding.

Is there onboarding?

Enterprise includes assisted onboarding and migration. On Pro we provide a guided start and the documentation to roll out in your own tenant.

Where do I find pricing and licensing answers?

The pricing page covers plans, the Microsoft license note and contract terms. Anything else: ask us directly.
