How REPM listing syndication works with ImmobilienScout24 and OpenImmo

Syndication starts from one source of truth. The property record already holds its address, areas, pricing, media and Energieausweis, so REPM maps that record to each portal and publishes it. ImmobilienScout24 does not ingest OpenImmo, so REPM calls its REST API directly, while OpenImmo carries the same listing to portals that read that format. You maintain the property once, post it to every portal, and the mandatory energy fields go out filled.

The OpenImmo versus ImmoScout24 split is where listings break, because the same property has to be expressed two ways. REPM handles publish, update and withdraw across every channel from one property record, then returns each portal lead to that record so it is not retyped or lost. Because the record lives in Microsoft Dataverse, the listing you syndicate is the same record you develop, manage and report on across the lifecycle.
