A free 30-day environment you open yourself at app.repm.cloud. No form, no call. You get the development side of REPM: portfolios, programs and projects on the phase model, DIN 276 cost calculation across KG 100 to KG 800, cash flow and IRR and MOIC. Property management and portal syndication are Pro and above, so they are not in Lite.
For teams that also run the standing portfolio and syndicate to the portals. We provision a dedicated Dataverse environment, load a representative slice of your own units, leases and projects, and walk REPM on it with you. This is the full product: Nebenkosten and indexation under the Heizkostenverordnung, DIN 276 development, and publish, update and withdraw to ImmobilienScout24 via its API and to other portals over OpenImmo.

You keep the environment for the trial period and use it against real tasks, from a DIN 276 cost run to publishing a unit to ImmobilienScout24. There is no commitment. If it is not a fit, we shut the environment down and that is the end of it.
